"ROGALSKI" REAL ESTATE AGENCY processes personal data in order to present offers for sale / purchase, rental / rental of real estate, consideration of complaints and ensuring the performance of real estate brokerage agreements pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR (data is stored for a period equal to the period of performance of the brokerage agreement and the period of limitation of claims arising from the brokerage agreement or equal to the period of storage of documentation related to the performance of the brokerage agreement required by generally applicable law - depending on which of these periods is longer ). Employees of FIRMA "ROGALSKI" REAL ESTATE AGENCY authorized to process them. Persons involved in real estate brokerage transactions, notaries and their associates and employees. Providers of IT and hosting services, accounting office, couriers, Polish post office. Providers of legal and advisory services in the case of claims by the "ROGALSKI" REAL ESTATE INTERMEDIARIES related to the conducted business activity.
Transferring personal data to third countries or international organizations
